LOOKING AHEAD:

So far this campaign, the Moose are 1-1-0-0 against the Amerks, splitting their first series at MTS Centre back in December. Historically, the Moose are 28-14-3-1 against the Florida Panthers affiliate (15-4-2-1 on visiting ice). Captain Mike Keane is the only current Moose skater who has notched a goal against the Americans. BACK IN BLACK:
Manitoba’s seventh road trip this season, consisting of four games, starts tonight against the Rochester Americans. The tour will start in Rochester but hop to Toronto (Feb. 17) then back to Rochester (Feb. 19) then back to Toronto (Feb. 20) to close-out the trip. The Moose are 10-13-2-0 on the road so far this season and were 1-5-0-0 on their last road trip (Jan. 22 - Jan. 31). Manitoba’s most recent away game was a match against Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Jan. 31 (1-3L). The Moose play their next seven games on the road and won’t be back at MTS Centre until Mar. 2/10.
BAUMER IS BACK:
After missing the last 10 games while playing up with the Vancouver Canucks, defenceman Nolan Baumgartner is back in antlers for tonight’s game. Baumgartner was re-assigned to Manitoba on Feb. 15 after playing eight games with the Canucks and collecting one goal. Baumgartner has appeared in 30 games with the Moose this season where he has earned seven points (1g & 6a) along with 20 penalty minutes.
